E-Table™ is unique and proprietary; trade mark and patent applications in respect of the branding and technology have been filed to enable the company to retain its unique style and methods of doing business, and competitive advantage.

We receive numerous requests to license E-Table™ technology. As a result, this website has been put in place to explain the process that we would like interested parties to follow.

We are not offering a typical franchise opportunity, but we are willing to license know-how and technology so interested parties can create a unique restaurant, under their own brand name, using the E-Table™ interactive ordering system.

what can we provide?

We have gained and created a significant amount of know-how in terms of what is needed, necessary, and best practice, to create a restaurant as special as inamo – in essence, how to effectively design and implement a restaurant using the E-Table™ interactive ordering system.

As part of the process of setting up inamo™ we have produced information that interested parties will receive if they decide to take a license. The set of materials that will be made available include System & Network Architecture diagrams, User Interface specifications & User manuals, a Content Management System, software applications & programmes, lists of hardware requirements, and lists of suppliers & parts numbers.

Licensees will be able to use their own themes, logos, and pictures, to create a unique themed restaurant. Inamo ™ in Wardour Street is an example of what can be created using the E-Table™ interactive ordering system. inamo™ will keep its own unique themes, logos and wallpapers as these have been specifically designed for that venue.

what is the process to sign a license?

Prospective applicants will need to complete and submit the Application Form and a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Upon approval of the application and receipt of the Non-Disclosure agreement, we will send out a more detailed overview of what will be provided under the terms of the license, together with the license documentation that will need to be signed. Upon signature and completion of the agreements, the materials will be supplied which will enable the licensee to create their own unique restaurant experience based on the E-Table™ interactive ordering system.
